  • the execution of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship (legal basis: execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures)
  • the execution of related obligations of a managerial, administrative and accounting nature (legal basis: execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures);
  • any protection of the rights of the owner (legal basis: legitimate interest of the owner).

The Data Controller may process, exclusively for the purposes indicated, only common data, such as, for example, personal data, telematic and telephone references, office / responsibility held within the client company / body, together with economic and financial data, the company name, registered offices, bank references of the Client company / entity.

Your personal data will be processed according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency for the management of the contractual and / or pre-contractual relationship and to follow up on your requests.

MANDATORY OR NON-MANDATORY TO PROVIDE DATA

The provision of data is optional, but necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship and in particular for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and any related administrative and accounting obligations. Failure to consent to the use of data for promotional purposes does not affect the execution of the contract but will have the only consequence of the impossibility for the Data Controller to process your personal data for these purposes.

POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

  • suppliers of products or services for the execution of the contractual relationship or for related obligations;

The Data Controller has no intention of transferring your personal data to a third country outside the European Union.

Your data will be processed for the period of time allowed, or imposed, by the applicable regulations in the management of the employment or collaboration relationship and for the time necessary to ensure the legal protection, to you and to the Data Controller, under the contractual and extra contractual.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

At any time you have the right to:

  • request access to your data from the Data Controller
  • request the Data Controller to correct or cancel them
  • request the Data Controller to limit the processing
  • oppose the processing of your data

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it), based in Rome, if you believe that your rights have been violated.

The Data Controller does not in any way use automated decision-making processes concerning his personal data.

DATA PROCESSING METHOD

The personal data you provide will be the subject of processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations which inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
